Chip Johnson retired in February of 2023. With more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry, Chip Johnson advised clients on a broad range of financial & retirement planning strategies. He focused on listening to each client because he believes everyone’s needs and financial goals for the future are unique.

Before joining Raymond James & Associates as a Senior Vice President in Investments, Chip was with RBC Wealth Management for 13 years where he also served as a Vice President of Investments.

Chip graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1979 with a degree in accounting. Chip is also a Certified Public Accountant*. A firm believer in continuing education, Chip enhances his experience by staying current with the everyday changes in our market.

Born & raised in Rockford Illinois, Chip enjoys spending time with his wife Debbie, who is a retired nurse, and their children, Heather, Holly & Erick, and their grandchildren. In his retirement Chip has been enjoying playing golf and traveling.
