Ariel Michelle Stein joined the Argentum team in 2014 as a financial advisor, in 2021 she also became the office’s Operations Manager. She is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER (CFP®) practitioner and works with her and her father’s clients to provide a meaningful, comprehensive, and client-centered financial planning experience. She prides herself on providing objective advice and proactive strategies that consider an individual or family’s entire financial picture. Ariel primarily serves individuals and families with complex financial backgrounds including engineers, doctors, and corporate professionals. As part of Argentum’s retirement plan advisory team, she concentrates on developing and delivering employee education to plan participants and analyzing retirement plan metrics to look for opportunities to improve plan success. Ariel is passionate about financial wellness and developing personalized education programs for our clients and plan sponsors. Additionally, Ariel is heavily involved in the practice’s investment research and planning, which collaboratively conducts investment due diligence and maintains investment solutions for the practice’s discretionary models.

Ariel earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biological Studies and Business Administration from The George Washington University in Washington, DC. She was the recipient of the Harlan Research Scholarship and in collaboration with the Smithsonian Natural History Museum, published ecological research during her college tenure on the diversification and evolution of fresh and marine Catfish. Ariel considers herself a “foodie” who enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and rescue dog, Bella.
