Roger W. Sullivan

Senior Vice President, Investments

Years ago, Roger made a personal promise to always act in the best interests of his clients. He wouldn’t have it any other way. He also considers himself a “client-friendly” advisor, which is not only what attracted him to Raymond James in 2017 – a client-friendly firm that puts clients’ interests first – but what also makes him a good fit.

Roger began his financial advisory career with A.G. Edwards and then Wells Fargo Advisors in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

He also has an impressive academic history – Bachelor of Arts degree in chemistry from Louisiana State University, a Bachelor of Science degree in pharmacy from Northeast Louisiana University, Master of Divinity degree in biblical studies and a Doctorate in Theology degree in New Testament and Greek from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Originally from Livingston, Roger lives in Albany with his wife, Shirley Gill Sullivan. Their children are Dr. Leslie Elkins, Ashley Hawthorne and Joy Sullivan (deceased).
