Tracy Belton’s roots run deep in the financial industry. The daughter of an investment broker and regional manager of A.G.Edwards and Sons in Eustis, Florida, Tracy learned early that the key to serving client’s financial needs is listening. Tracy and her team enjoy taking care of clients like members of their family, which means helping to lift financial concerns so they can enjoy life.
Prior to joining Raymond James in 2010, Tracy began her career as a financial advisor with A.G. Edwards and Sons in 1984, following in her father’s footsteps. She is a graduate of Lake Sumter State College and the University of Georgia, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a double major in finance and marketing. In 1990, Tracy earned the professional designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ practitioner. In 2018, Tracy obtained her Certified Divorce Financial Analyst® certification.
Tracy is a respected and admired professional in the community. She is also passionate about making her community a better place for all residents. She is an active member of the Rotary Club of The Villages-Noon at the local level and the district level. For the past eight years, Tracy has served on the board of the Lake Eustis Museum of Art (now known as Lake County Museum of Art). Tracy and her husband, Freddie, were honored with the Lake County Golden Eagle Award from the Central Florida Boy Scouts in recognition of their community service.
A native of Eustis, Tracy lives in Mt Dora with her husband, Freddie; three dogs, Ladybug, Bella and Sammy; and Spooker, her cat. Tracy and Freddie have four adult children and one grandson. In their spare time Tracy and Freddie enjoying traveling and following UCF Football.
