    Branch Manager

    Investment Management Consultant*

Camm's financial services career began in 1994 as a paraplanner producing estate and retirement plans for top producing agents at Prudential Preferred Financial Services in the Knoxville-Chattanooga, Tennessee, area. Two years later, he was specializing in investment and life insurance planning as a registered representative in Prudential's Knoxville office.

Seeing opportunity ahead, Camm joined Cravens & Company Wealth Management as a financial advisor until 1999, when he joined Raymond James' Financial Institutions Division. He was branch manager at Citizens National Bank, a $500 million community bank, where he was responsible for financial, estate and retirement planning as well as managing the investment program.

"Raymond James' commitment to putting clients' interests first and the culture of putting independence and professionalism as top priorities attracted me to the firm," says Camm.

Offering retirement income planning, risk management, financial planning and advanced investment portfolio management, Camm's goal for his clients is for them to be free to pursue their passions — family, lifestyle, career and faith — without worrying about the day-to-day aspects of their financial and retirement income plans.

A graduate of The Citadel, The Military College of South Carolina with a Bachelor of Science degree in physics, Camm earned the Dean's List award for academic excellence for five semesters. He then earned a Fellowship and a graduate teaching position at the University of Tennessee to pursue a Ph.D in physics. He chose to leave UTK after completing his Master's level coursework to seek a career in financial services.

Camm attended the American Bankers Association Trust School and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and also a graduate of the Raymond James Institute of Investment Management Consulting (IIMC).

Camm was a board member of the Athens Kiwanis Club and is a past chairman of its annual golf tournament. He served on the finance committee of Keith Memorial United Methodist Church and is a past chairman of Keith Children's Academy, his church's preschool and daycare program, and a past member of the Vision Committee. Camm taught the Open Door class, an adult Sunday school class, at his church from 2011 until 2020. He is a lifetime member of The Citadel Alumni Association, www.citadelalumni.org.

Born in Colorado Springs, Colorado, and raised in Allardt, Tennessee, Camm lives in Athens. He has two adult children, Camm and Larkin.

Camm's hobbies include adventure racing: mountain biking, trail running and canoeing while orienting with only a map and compass. He also enjoys hunting, fishing, and golf.
