Melissa H. Eskew

As branch operations manager, Melissa is committed to the efficient and responsive daily operations of the office and its staff, as well as providing responsive service and answers to Capstone’s clients. She also serves as Courtland Williams’ assistant in his service to his clients, and in his responsibilities as regional manager of the Raymond James & Associates Southern Division.

She began her financial career with Morgan Keegan in 2010, working as a cashier and wire operator before advancing into a client service associate role. She joined Raymond James in 2013 during the firm’s acquisition of Morgan Keegan.

Melissa is passionate about the role financial planning plays in people’s lives as she does her part to help them pursue an independent future for themselves and their families. Versatile and reliable by nature, she takes a detail-oriented approach to her daily work. Melissa wants every client to have a sense of knowing that their interests are her priority and her staff’s priority.

Melissa holds Series 7, 9, 10, 31, and 63 licenses as well as her insurance license.

An avid reader, Melissa enjoys spending time with her family and friends, as well as cheering on the Clemson Tigers. Originally from Williamston, South Carolina, and now living in Mauldin, Melissa regularly volunteers with Raymond James for the annual HOG Day.
