Oliver is originally from Wilmette, Illinois. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Portland State University with a Bachelor of Science in Economics and a Minor in Business, and attended graduate school at the University of Leuven in Belgium where he studied International Business Economics. He and his wife Rachel have been married for seven years and have two children, Tilly and Clark. In his free time, Oliver enjoys spending time with his family and friends, cooking and sailing, and is an avid Chicago sports enthusiast.
