Stefan has spent the last 30 years in financial services in a variety of roles with companies such as USAA, Wells Fargo Private Bank, Truist and Morgan Stanley Private Bank. His experience includes retail banking, residential and commercial mortgages, investment management, goals-based financial planning, and trust and estate planning. This diverse background allows him to bring a dynamic array of expertise to the teams he supports, and to provide customized solutions for his clients’ banking and lending needs.
Stefan is currently serving in the U.S. Navy Reserves as a chief hospital corpsman. He has deployed once (in 2021) with Task Force Commitment in support of COVID-19 mitigation for Marine Corps Boot Camp, Paris Island, South Carolina. He is married to Rachel, and has two children in college in Orlando. In his limited spare time, he enjoys reading, competitive tennis and volleyball, video games, and projects around the house.
Born and raised in Bucks County, Pennsylvania, Stefan is excited to be returning to the Mid-Atlantic after a 15-year stay in Tampa.

Sierra Rosen is vice president and trust consultant for Raymond James Trust, serving the Northeast Region. In this role, she partners with financial advisors and their clients to deliver comprehensive trust solutions, crafting strategies aligned with each client’s long-term goals and values.
Sierra joined Raymond James in 2025 after spending more than 15 years working with high-net-worth donors to maximize their philanthropic impact, using tax efficient strategies at high impact organizations. These institutions include Harvard Business School, Brown University, Northeastern University, Wellesley College and Boston Children’s Hospital.
With a Juris Doctor and a Master of Science in taxation, Sierra brings a deep understanding of complex tax and legal considerations to every conversation. She is an active member of the Massachusetts Bar.
