Born and raised in Tampa Bay Florida, Camille York takes pride in being immersed in her community. Camille places a great focus on financial education, as she began her career as a champion and advocate for financial literacy. Whether working with individuals, couples or employee resource groups, Camille plays an active role in bringing women into the financial conversation. She spends a great deal of her time hosting women focused events, women and wealth workshops and seminars and teaching others how to engage women as it relates to finances.

Camille is a trailblazer and extremely passionate about setting an example and moving the needle in an industry where women are often underrepresented and underserved. Camille believes in empowering all women to have a seat at the table regarding their financial matters and engaging in the crucial conversations necessary to take control of their financial future. As a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst™ and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional, she currently specializes in creating financial plans for primary decision makers, helping them successfully navigate many life transitions such as career changes, divorce, widowhood, and retirement. Camille takes a holistic approach to wealth management and truly believes in focusing on the overall wellness of her clients.

Camille was honored to be a recipient of the *2021 Rising Star award by InvestmentNews, honoring advisors who show exceptional promise in what they have already contributed to the success and diversity of the profession. Camille is also a member of the Raymond James Sustainable Investing Advisory Council and the Raymond James Marketing Advisory Council.

As a graduate of University of Florida with a bachelor’s degree in public relations and a master’s degree in business management, she also holds Series 6, 7, 66 and life and variable insurance licenses. She is the founder of UF’s student ambassador program for the Counseling and Wellness Center (AWARE) Awareness Wellness Ambassadors Reaching Everyone, is devoted to her beloved sorority Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Mid Florida and serves dutifully at her church.

In her spare time, Camille enjoys spending time with friends and family, reading, listening to audiobooks and podcasts, writing poetry, trying new healthy cuisine, learning the game of golf, and traveling.

Her ultimate goal is to create a network and community of financially savvy individuals, who can in return, continue to educate and empower one another throughout the various stages of life. “Empowered women, empower others.” A philosophy she lives by and permeates throughout her practice.
