Erica is dedicated to providing a client-focused experience. Throughout her career in financial services, she has utilized her compassion, attention to detail and dependable nature to ensure clients are provided the level of dedicated service they deserve. She is committed to helping educate and inform our clients throughout their financial journey, while working to make their lives easier.
She assists clients with monetary transfer requests, address changes and all things related to their accounts, including answering questions and processing account updates. Erica also assists our team with other essential administrative and operational duties.
Before joining our team in July 2017, Erica served as a Client Associate at Wells Fargo Advisors in West Hartford, CT, a Money Desk Specialist of Bankers’ Bank Northeast, and an office assistant at F.D. Anderson Insurance Agency. Erica earned a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Central Connecticut State University.
Erica resides in her hometown of Glastonbury, Connecticut with her husband Joe Querido. In her free time Erica enjoys ballroom dancing, hiking, photography, exploring new recipes and volunteering with Hartford Area Habitat for Humanity.
