Daniel joined Compass Financial Group of Raymond James with a focus on helping individuals and businesses assess, and plan, for their financial future. Ensuring that he is there to provide guidance and support when life inevitably provides challenges and changes.

After having a successful career in human resources supporting multiple different employee populations, Daniel discovered that he enjoyed helping people find the right fit with an organization more than anything else. This love of finding a fit between people and organizations made for a natural transition to helping people find a fit between their lives and their finances.

When he’s not helping people navigate their journey, Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife Renee, their son Wyatt, and dog Bo. While rock climbing, snowboarding, and hiking used to be the norm for outdoor activities, as life has shifted, he is fortunate to continue to spend time outdoors with his family. Though the activities are slightly less adrenaline filled, they still enjoy camping, walking in the woods, and exploring the local conservation areas. Daniel is a two-time graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Psychology (2006) and a Master of Human Resources and Industrial Relations (2007).
