The Client Experience
We jokingly refer to our client acquisition strategy as “aggressively waiting for the phone to ring.” Most of our new clients come by way of introductions from our current clients. To ensure that our current clients continue to experience a superior level of service, we have chosen to only take on a select number of additional clients whom we believe to be fit for our practice. We passionately believe that a strong rapport between our clients and us is essential to an enjoyable client experience.
When onboarding new clients, we typically meet with them three times and then establish a service schedule going forward.
