Chris is a founding partner of Crescent Point Private Wealth and his team’s portfolio strategist. A generalist with expertise in fixed income, Chris oversees financial planning, portfolio management and client relations, as well as serves on his team’s investment committee.
Chris focuses on his clients’ needs and the needs of their loved ones, ultimately helping them identify their risk tolerance and execute a strategy they feel comfortable with. He enjoys being the trusted advisor his clients call for advice, both for financial and nonfinancial matters.
Prior to joining Raymond James in June 2018, Chris served as Vice President, and Senior Portfolio Manager with Morgan Stanley for 10 years. Before that, he held the roles of Vice President and Financial Advisor with Merrill Lynch for 22 years. Chris earned his bachelor’s degree in political science from Furman University.
Chris stays active in his community as a board member with Cherish the Children Foundation and as a member of Suffield Country Club. He is former board chair of the Alzheimer’s Association’s Connecticut chapter, a former board member of Suffield Foundation for Excellent Schools, and a former member of the Country Club of Farmington.
Originally from Panama, Chris makes his home in Suffield with his wife Marsha, and their children, Dylan, Jacqueline and Austin. Chris’ hobbies include golfing, traveling, cooking, and spending time their dogs, Jazzy and Jasper.
