Chris is a founding partner at Crescent Point Private Wealth, where he serves as one of the team’s portfolio strategists. With a diverse background in fixed income, Chris leads financial planning, portfolio management, and client relations while contributing to the investment committee.

His client-centric approach prioritizes understanding their individual needs and those of their families, guiding them to define their risk tolerance and implement tailored strategies. Known as a trusted advisor, clients turn to Chris for both financial and non-financial advice. Prior to his tenure at Raymond James starting in June 2018, Chris amassed valuable experience over a decade as Vice President and Senior Portfolio Manager at Morgan Stanley. Prior to that, he enjoyed a distinguished 22-year tenure as Vice President and Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch. Chris’s academic foundation includes a bachelor’s degree in political science from Furman University.

Active in his community, Chris serves on the board of Cherish the Children Foundation and is a member of Suffield Country Club. He has previously chaired the Alzheimer’s Association’s Connecticut chapter, served on the Suffield Foundation for Excellent Schools board, and been a member of the Country Club of Farmington.

Originally from Panama, Chris resides in Suffield with his wife Marsha and their children, Dylan, Jacqueline, and Austin. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, traveling, cooking, and spending time with their dogs, Jazzy and Jasper.
