With more than 22 years of experience in financial planning and investment management, Dean Dancer has the accumulated knowledge and perspective to help you with your financial goals. Dean understands the dynamics of wealth, how to balance the complex forces at work and how to adapt intelligently as conditions change. Dean holds himself to the highest standard of integrity and enjoys developing lasting relationships with clients as he helps them pursue their goals.

Before joining Raymond James, Dean was a senior vice president, wealth management and financial advisor with UBS and Smith Barney. He was previously a vice president and branch manager at Barnett Bank. Dean earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Eastern Michigan University.

Dean is the co-founder of the non-profit Uncommon Kids, in Sarasota. He also has an advisory role within the Hope 4 Communities non-profit. An avid tennis player, he enjoys watching and playing most sports as well as traveling with his family

Originally from Michigan, Dean lives in Sarasota with his wife, Kelly. They are proud parents of two sons, Mack and Mason along with daughter in law Kelli, grandson Brooks, and granddaughter Maci.
