Qlirim’s decision to join the financial planning field was fueled by his passion for helping people achieve their goals and dreams. Honest and dedicated, he considers transparency essential when building meaningful, lasting relationships. In addition to being open with clients, Qlirim also prioritizes kindness, helping clients navigate sensitive topics with a thoughtful, refined approach and insightful knowledge.

Qlirim makes it a point to treat clients as if they were his own family – and there is nothing more important to him than family. To best meet his clients’ needs, he stays informed of the latest investment strategies, always searching for the most effective ways to help his clients pursue their financial goals.

Qlirim began his career as a financial advisor assistant at Wells Fargo Advisors. He later accepted the role of financial advisor at Edward Jones, where he stayed for eight years. In 2019, Qlirim joined Raymond James, a firm he admires for its client-first philosophy, world-class resources and culture of independence.

A graduate of Rutgers Business School, Qlirim holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional who specializes in serving business owners and corporate executives. In addition to his industry experience, Qlirim’s CFP® certification showcases his commitment to practicing with a higher ethical standard and meeting the CFP Board’s continuing education requirements.

Originally from New Jersey, Qlirim makes his home in Dallas, Texas, with his wife, Bleta, their child, Djellza, and their dog, a German shepherd named Rocko. Away from work, Qlirim enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter – taking trips and sharing adventures with them. He also relishes being outdoors, whether snowboarding, playing sports or hiking with his dog. He’s also on the board of directors for the Albanian American Cultural Center.
