Jessica joined Decker Capital Partners in 2020 with the goal of helping create financial confidence for her clients. She focuses on individual wealth management, as well as personal and business retirement planning, while prioritizing the “client first” mindset.
Jessica’s 8+ years of experience in marketing and small business communications before coming to Decker Capital Partners helped build a passion for service, small businesses, and close connections to her clients. “I want every client who walks through my door to feel heard, no matter how big or small their financial goals are,” Jessica says. “We want to set them up for success in all areas of their lives, starting with the financial building blocks that can help them get there.”
Jessica works from Stamford, Texas, where she was proudly born and raised. She spends her time outside the office serving the City of Stamford as a City Council Member and serving on the board of the West Texas Rehabilitation Center. She also enjoys helping on her family’s registered Angus cattle operation with her husband Ryan and daughter Elizabeth.
