Rick Woolfolk is a Branch Manager with Raymond James Financial Services, Inc., managing an office in Denton, Texas. He specializes in helping individuals manage and preserve wealth for retirement and estate planning. He is currently licensed as a general securities representative/principal and general securities sales supervisor. He is also licensed in the state of Texas for life, health and variable annuity contracts.

A native of Pratt, Kansas, Rick attended the University of Pittsburg, Kansas, where he graduated with a bachelor's degree in business administration and auditing. Prior to joining RJFS in 1990, he was an investment representative at Edward Jones & Co., for 10 years. Rick served as a Captain in the U.S. Army, as a aviator and military intelligence officer.

Rick is the past chair of the Denton Municipal Airport advisory board, a member of Denton Chamber of Commerce and the Denton Rotary Club and a graduate of Leadership Denton. Rick also spent nine years as a trustee for the Denton Independent School District. Rick was a past chair of the LoneStar Investment Pool, a 6.5 billion-dollar public funds investment pool. He was also a director for the Texas Association of School Boards Board of Directors, a statewide organization supporting public school boards. In his leisure time Rick enjoys flying his own plane.
