Dick joined Raymond James in February of 2019. Prior to working for Raymond James, Dick was a Financial Advisor in Decorah for 34 years. His experience in the industry is invaluable to his clients and makes him a name you can trust. Dick's clients appreciate his down to earth and honest approach in meeting their financial needs and enjoys helping his clients achieve their goals.

Dick has always lived his life believing that you always treat people the way you would want to be treated. One of the areas Dick loves the most about his profession is to be able to educate his clients about investing.

Dick grew up in the rural town of Lawler, Iowa with his parents and five brothers. He and his wife, Lindsay, currently live in Decorah, Iowa where they have resided since 1985. Dick and Lindsay have three happily married children and have been blessed with five grandchildren.

Dick graduated from Iowa State University in 1981 with a degree in Industrial education with an industrial opinion. While at Iowa State, Dick was a part of the football team where he played on the offensive line.

Dick is active in his church and serves on various committees; he is currently a co-chair for church council and community life. Dick loves to spend his free time with his children and grandchildren, and being outdoors where you can find him planting trees, cutting wood, fishing and hunting. In his spare time, he also enjoys tackling different wood working projects in his shop.
