A dedicated financial advisor, Charles prides himself in delivering forward-thinking strategies to a select clientele of high-net-worth families, helping maximize their wealth through advanced estate tax and generational planning strategies. In addition, clients can feel confident knowing Charles’ customized wealth management plans encompass all aspects of tax cash flow, transfer, gifting, giving and risk mitigation.

Keen on delivering truly holistic financial planning, Charles employs a five-step process to gain a detailed understanding of his clients’ closest-held goals and values. He then applies his specialized insight to craft a personal financial strategy that incorporates all aspects of true wealth management. Ultimately, Charles’ leading mission is to be his clients’ personal chief advisor and eliminate any complications within their financial lives so they can concentrate on the things that truly fulfill them.

Looking back, Charles is most proud of the impact he’s had on his clients’ lives through the years. It’s in that spirit that he remains passionate about helping them pursue their goals and move toward the future they envision. Additionally, while Charles’ rigorous work ethic and extensive industry knowledge allow him to serve clients from a variety of backgrounds, he has ample experience helping successful families and business owners who acquired their wealth through real estate or entrepreneurial pursuits.

Charles entered the financial field in 1991 and, eight years later, founded Fischer Financial Services, where he worked as president from 1999 to 2011. He then spent 10 years as a financial advisor and vice president at Ameriprise Financial Services and at Morgan Stanley. In 2021, Charles fueled his professional ascent by joining Raymond James, an international firm renowned for its client-first values.

Along with his decades of hands-on industry experience, Charles holds his Certified Financial Planner certification from Florida Atlantic University. By voluntarily completing the CFP Board’s rigorous certification process, Charles has taken an extra step to demonstrate his professionalism and practice with higher ethical standards, as well as meet the board’s continuing education requirements.

As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor, he is able to serve business owners by specifically addressing all of the personal, business, financial, legal and tax issues involved in selling a business.

Charles holds a Bachelor of Arts from Queens College and is an ROTC alumni of St. John’s University. An active member of his community, Charles is proud to support Mahi Shriners by providing information about the philanthropic efforts of Shriners Hospitals for Children through various speaking engagements. He’s also been vice chairman and committee member of the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum since 2015 and is a current life member of the American Legion. Furthermore, Charles served as chairman and member of the Grand Lodge of Florida Free and Accepted Masons Endowments and Investments Committee from 2005 to 2013, and as district chairman of public relations for the 33rd Masonic District of the Grand Lodge of Florida from 2005 to 2008. He also served as a U.S. army officer on active duty during Operation Desert Storm and was awarded the Army Commendation Medal twice for his service from 1985 to 2003.

Originally from Queens, New York, Charles makes his home in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Florida. In his free time, Charles can be found reading, enjoying music, boxing, playing the guitar, fine dining and having engaging conversations with people who love fraternal organizations.
