Mike applies his more than 23 years of financial industry experience to serving families and business owners who want the clarity and confidence that sound financial planning can bring to them and their families. In addition to personalized goals-based planning, Mike also provides customized risk-based allocation management, life insurance and long-term care planning.

As a Chartered Retirement Plans SpecialistSM, Mike has specialized expertise in creating, implementing, and maintaining retirement plans for businesses. He puts those skills into practice as he works closely with many craft breweries throughout California.

Before establishing Faircloth Wealth Management Group and joining Raymond James in 2017, Mike was a vice president, senior financial advisor, and senior portfolio manager at Merrill Lynch. Earlier in his career, he was a financial advisor at Citicorp Investment Services and Citigroup Global Markets, and a financial advisor at Morgan Stanley.

Mike was born in Reno, Nevada, raised in San Francisco, and now lives in Modesto with his wife, Irma. They have three children, Kevin, Stephanie, and Christa, and two grandchildren. Mike is a founder of the Women’s Education & Leadership League, a member of Big Valley Grace Community Church and a member of the Escalon Masonic Lodge, where he has held multiple offices. In his free time he enjoys spending time with family, brewing beer, and running.
