Matthew Sachar grew up in Swampscott, MA and still lives in town with his wife Colleen and his sons, Colton and Cameron. He graduated from Bentley College in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics and Finance.

Matt began his financial management career in 2000 with Morgan Stanley at its Boston office. In 2008 he founded Falcon Financial Corp. and became affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services, an affiliate of Raymond James & Associates, Inc., a member of the New York Stock Exchange, as a Branch Manager, and opened an office in Lynnfield MA.

In order to be closer to his growing family he moved the office to Salem, MA on the Swampscott line in 2011. Incidentally, Matt is a golf enthusiast and the move placed him in closer proximity to Tedesco Country Club in Marblehead, MA, where he has been a long-time member.

In 2006 Matt earned the designation of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ certification. In addition, he holds the following licenses:

• Series 7 General Securities Representative
• Series 9 and 10 General Securities and Options Sales Supervisor
• Series 31 Managed Futures/National Futures Association Approved Person
• Series 66 Securities Agent and Investment Advisor Representative
• Registered agent for Life, Health and Long-Term Care Insurance

Matt currently has clients in at least eight U.S. States, as well as in several foreign countries.
