Customer Service is Suzy's specialty! Here at Raymond James, she can be found helping clients enroll in their on-line Raymond James Client Access, Planning Seminars and talking with clients about their Statements.  She is the liaison for our financial advisors in the Security Based Lending process, and helps prepare the documents for application with our affiliate Raymond James Bank. She also coordinates money transactions, updates beneficiaries of clients IRAs or Transfer On Death Accounts, and prepares Marketing Materials for the office.    Basically she will help answer any general questions that clients may have. And she would be happy to open a New Account for you!  She will help you with a friendly voice and positive attitude, because the clients are of upmost importance to her!

Fascinated by the work of this industry, Suzy joined Raymond James in April of 2008. Prior to her employment at Raymond James she was Illinois state licensed mortgage loan officer for 3 years. Her background consists of over 25-plus years of customer service with several of those years being in a human resources environment. She holds her Bachelor of Arts in communications from Millikin University, in Decatur, Illinois, and also has her Associate of Arts from Danville Area Community College.

Suzy grew up in and graduated from Bismarck, Illinois and has two grown daughters. She and her husband Rich live in Danville. Outside of work, she enjoys participating in many of the local community theater groups, and can often be found performing on stage in theatrical shows.
