Wes Oliver,

Prior to joining Raymond James in 2019, Wes started his career in 1996 working with his father, George, who retired from in 1999 after 23 years with A G Edwards and joined Baird's Fort Worth office in 2011 from Wells Fargo. Wes has an extensive background of comprehensive planning and investment strategies.

Wes grew up in Fort Worth, attending Arlington Heights before becoming an Aggie, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Industrial Distribution.

Wes believes that in today’'s world, communication is a key component in achieving success. His approach with each client is to create a financial plan tailored to meet their needs, resulting in financial confidence to live the life they want to live. To do this, he works with a network of other professionals to create a comprehensive customized plan for their personal situation.

Wes and his spouse, Cathy, live in Fort Worth, where they have five children and one grandchild between them. Active in his community, Wes serves as Co-chair of the Samaritan House Board, and the Secretary of the local chapter of FSP (Society of Financial Service Professionals). He also served as Vice President of Scholarships for the Fort Worth A&M Club. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, building and flying airplanes, fishing, hunting, and Aggie football.
