Kathy oversees the day-to-day branch operations of the Boston office, ensuring compliance with firm and regulatory policies/procedures, delivering a superior level of personalized customer service. She has worked in the financial services industry for more than 40 years and has experience in almost every facet of the business, from sales and marketing to branch management and compliance. Kathy takes pride and satisfaction in serving clients, particularly when it comes to the fine details of financial planning and identifying, analyzing and resolving complex issues.
A graduate of Emmanuel College in Boston, Kathy enjoys painting and is an active supporter of a number of nonprofit organizations in the area, including the Marblehead Arts Association, the Peabody Art Association and Friends of Everett Libraries. She also volunteers as an animal fosterer.
Kathy and her husband, John, reside north of Boston.
