His journey in finance began in 2009 when he started as a financial advisor. After a decade of experience, Elliott took his career to the next level, founding Haven Financial Partners LLC in 2020 and partnering with Raymond James Financial Services, a firm known for its independence and commitment to putting clients first.
Beyond his professional expertise, Elliott holds the prestigious CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® designation, reflecting his dedication to high ethical standards and ongoing education set by the CFP Board. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organizational Communication, with a minor in Business Marketing, from Azusa Pacific University in California.
Elliott is also deeply involved in his community. A committed member and past president of the Anacortes Noon Kiwanis Club, he has served on its board for many years. Currently, he serves as Past President of the Island Hospital Foundation, further contributing to local initiatives.
Originally from Kodiak, Alaska, Elliott now calls Anacortes, Washington, home, where he lives with his wife, Molly, and their children, Ezra, Preston, and Trey. Outside of his career, he finds joy in coaching youth sports, staying active, traveling, playing sports, and supporting local charities.
