Elliott’s mission is to take the stress out of clients’ financial lives so they can focus on the things they truly relish. He keeps consistent contact with clients, helping to determine the most effective strategies to pursue their financial goals – from expanding their portfolios and building their net worth to planning for life’s most important milestones and transferring wealth to the next generations.

His finance career began in 2009 when he started working as a financial advisor. In 2020, after a decade of experience, Elliott continued advancing his career by founding Haven Financial Partners LLC and partnering with Raymond James Financial Services, a firm known for its independence and client-first culture.

In addition to Elliott’s industry experience, he holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) designation, demonstrating his commitment to practicing with high ethical standards and meeting the CFP Board’s continuing education requirements. A graduate of Azusa Pacific University in California, he also has a Bachelor of Arts in Interpersonal and Organization communication with a minor in Business Marketing.

Elliott is proud to be active in his community. He is a current member and past president of the Anacortes Noon Kiwanis Club and served on the organization’s board for many years. He is currently the President of the Island Hospital Foundation.

Originally from Kodiak, Alaska, Elliott now lives in Anacortes, Washington, with his wife, Molly, and their children, Ezra, Preston, and Trey. Aside from spending time with his beautiful family, Elliott enjoys coaching youth sports, exercising, playing sports, traveling, and partnering with local charities.
