Mark S. Young is a Branch Manager and Registered Principal with Raymond James Financial Services (an independent broker/dealer) at 450 B Street in Idaho Falls. Mark is a native of Rigby, Idaho. He received his degree in Political Science and Economics from Idaho State University. His finance career began at Piper Jaffray & Hopwood in 1985. In 1994, he was appointed Branch Manager of Investment Management and Research, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Raymond James Financial, Inc.

Mark actively serves many local organizations. He is currently a board member/past president of The City Club of Idaho Falls, Idaho Falls Rotary and Idaho Falls Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Mark played a vital role in the development of the Idaho State University and University of Idaho Higher Education Center (University Place) in Idaho Falls, he was a member of the Idaho State Bar Professional Conduct board for many years, and he recently completed his term as a member of the Idaho Department of Commerce Economic Advisory Council.

He has two sons, both veterans who served in Iraq: Steven is a general contractor in Montana, and Adam is involved in security at the Idaho National Laboratory.
