Susan Chiappetta, Senior Client Services Associate, is very excited to join the Isaacs & Paller team. With over 15 years of experience working in the financial services industry, she truly enjoys becoming familiar with client's needs and takes a customer-centric approach. She is passionate about building long-standing relationships and serving the community. Throughout her career, Susan received recognition and awards for delivering customer excellence—always putting needs of the client first.

When she began her banking career in 1999, Susan held various roles including Relationship Manager at Citibank for 9 years. As Relationship Manager, she was responsible for managing the growth of banking relationships and served as the main point of contact for the clients within her portfolio.

She has experience working at a hospitality software company as Senior Sales Administrator. She was instrumental in creating a new sales process for the administrative team.

Much of her time outside of the office is spent with her husband, Tony, and their daughter. She has been happily married for over 12 years. They share a devotion to their 11-year-old daughter, Imogen, who loves playing the guitar and piano. She has a deep appreciation for art and music.

Susan has a special place in her heart for animals. She has dedicated her time to rescuing animals and volunteerism. She led the way in raising donations for the March of Dimes while at Citibank. She has also spent time building homes through Habitat for Humanities and preparing care packages for the community at Los Angeles Food Bank.
