John Gaynor, CRPC®, CPFA, CEPA®, is a Vice President and Wealth Management Advisor at Raymond James & Associates with a career spanning over two decades in the financial industry. He specializes in crafting personalized and effective wealth management strategies for business owners, affluent individuals, and multi-generational families.

As a dedicated Wealth Management Advisor, John guides families through their financial journey, helping them reach their desired lifestyles. He leverages a refined process to create comprehensive and tailored plans that align with each client's unique goals, emphasizing personalized service as the cornerstone of his approach. John is committed to providing strategies that help clients create the lives they envision.

In 1999, John started his career at Merrill Lynch, where he served as a Senior Financial Advisor before joining Raymond James in 2019. He earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Wayne State University and holds the reputable professional designations of Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA), and Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA®).

Outside of work, John finds joy in spending quality time with his family. They often embark on boat trips, indulge in fishing excursions, and enjoy thrilling skiing adventures together. Additionally, he enjoys time with friends on the golf course or cheering on Detroit sports teams. John and his wife, Lisa, have chosen Rochester as their home, where they take great pride in their two wonderful children, Gavin and Alivia, along with their cherished labradoodle, Basil.
