Cynthia has built strong relationships with clients and prides on providing dedicated and focused client service in her 20+ years of experience in the financial services industry. She is committed to excellence and integrity in her role as Senior Registered Client Service Associate.
She began her career in 1999 with Smith Barney in Puerto Rico. She relocated to Jacksonville in 2003 and continued to work for Smith Barney until she joined Raymond James in 2009.
Cynthia holds Series 7 license and is bilingual, fluently speaking and writing in Spanish. She earned an associate’s degree from the University of Puerto Rico, Carolina. She has volunteered with several organizations over the years including, Girl Scouts of America, Alzheimer’s Association, March of Dimes, Feeding North East Florida and leading Raymond James Cares at her branch.
Raised in Puerto Rico, Cynthia currently resides in Jacksonville with her husband Tim and their 5 rescue animals. In her spare time, she enjoys the beach, fishing and time with family.
