An Atlanta native, Kevin grew up in the Sandy Springs community. At age 18, he left home and began working full-time with Colonial Stores, an Atlanta-based chain of grocery stores. By age 20, Kevin was managing a retail business unit and staff of employees while attending classes at Georgia State University. Upon graduation with a degree in business administration, Kevin began his career in the financial services industry in 1983 with Dean Witter Reynolds. In 1990, Kevin decided once again to "strike out on his own" and affiliated with Raymond James Financial Services as an independent advisor.
Kevin is founder of Souly Business (soulybusiness.org), a non-profit organization, the purpose of which is to inspire and equip businessmen to live out their Christian faith and values in their personal and professional lives. He is co-founder, past chairman, advisory board member of Childspring International (childspringintl.org), a non-profit organization that brings children to the U.S. from third world countries for critical medical care. And Kevin serves on the board of directors of the Metro Atlanta YMCA's Camp High Harbour.
Kevin and his wife, Ann, have been married for 25 years and live in Sandy Springs. They have two sons-Ethan, who attends the University of Georgia and Keller- who is "on the way" to UGA. They worship and serve at Buckhead Church.
