John holds the distinguished CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ designation and has been helping to meet the financial planning needs of businesses, families and individuals since 1994. John seeks to develop deep relationships with clients as he assists in designing financial plans to help meet their needs.

John was born in Anderson, South Carolina and reared in Richmond Virginia. He received his B.S. in Business Administration from the Citadel in 1988. John continued his professional education and obtained his M.B.A. from Troy University in 1994. Upon graduation from the Citadel John was commissioned in the United States Army and served as an officer and combat aviator for six years. During this time he served our nation in Europe, the Middle East and stateside. John made the decision to leave military service and pursue a career in the financial services industry.

John is blessed with a devoted wife, Jill Hodges Klosky, and three adult children. He and his family have resided in Dothan for more than 25 years. John’s wife Jill is a talented and highly sought after Personal Organizer. In his time away from the office John can be found outside seeing to the needs of his family farm. John and Jill both enjoy flying and volunteering their time and talents with Friends of Army Aviation.

Working with John to help meet the needs of his clients are Jane Klosky, Linda Griffin and David Cobb. Jane serves as the Project Management Associate providing assistance with technology needs, Linda is the Practice Management Associate and David fulfills the role of Client Management Associate.
