Keith O. Marks joined Raymond James in 2022. Prior to that, he was an Executive Director of Investments at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. in the Denver, Colorado office. Keith has been advising high-net-worth families, small businesses, profit-sharing plans, family offices and institutions for over 30 years. His focus is on overall wealth management including investments and wealth building using institutional money managers for his private clients; financial planning; estate planning; and next-generation education.

Keith prides himself on his careful assessment of each client’s specific situation, including their needs and risk tolerances. The results of the assessments are clearly defined financial goals, followed by the design and implementation of customized financial plans.

Keith moved to Denver from Chicago in 2012 and was with Credit Suisse prior to joining Oppenheimer & Co., Inc. He has led national professional organizations and has served on several boards, holding many different positions. In 2014, Governor John Hickenlooper appointed Keith to the Colorado Medical Board and he was reappointed in 2018 for a second term. Keith also served as a member of the Board of Visitors for the University of Illinois Chicago. He has held elected office in a Chicago suburb and has been active in the Red Cross and United Way. He served in the Illinois Army National Guard and was a Field First Sgt, Combat Medic and X-ray Specialist in a Medical Field Clearing Company from 1968 to 1974. He is a graduate of the FBI Citizens Academy and is active in its Alumni Association. Keith holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois Chicago, where he majored in Management, Criminal Justice and Sociology. Keith holds the following licenses: Series 3, 7, 63, 65, insurance.

Keith grew up and lived in Chicago until moving to Denver and is married to Corinne, who is retired. They have one daughter, Kala, who is married and lives in Eagle, Colorado.
