Hunter is a graduate from Georgetown High School where he was born and raised. Hunter is proud of his Texas heritage where his family has lived for eight generations. His grandmother instilled this pride at a young age when she put him in the organization the Children of the Republic of Texas the day he was born. During his senior year of high school Hunter was voted as the President General of CRT. After graduating high school Hunter went on to study and play football at Hardin-Simmons University. While at HSU, Hunter was All-Conference football player but his greatest achievement was being voted by his teammates as defensive captain.

Hunter graduated from Hardin-Simmons University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Behavioral Science and intended to coach football. However, after talking with Melanie, Hunter decided that wealth advising is something that he would love to do. “I love any opportunity I have to build a meaningful relationship with an individual. I truly believe in the meaning of Return on Relationships.”

Hunter is an Financial Advisor with Melanie J. Financial and currently holds his Series 7, Series 66, and General Lines Insurance License. Hunter believes his people and leadership skills allow him to be a great asset to the Melanie J. Financial Team. He recently married his college sweetheart, Abbie! Hunter is an avid part of his community. He currently is the President for the Hamilton Chamber of Commerce, and a member of the Hamilton Lion’s Club. In his free time Hunter loves to fish, hunt, play golf, and practice Jiu Jitsu
