Jonathan provides financial planning and investment services for individual and corporate clients, as well as nonprofits and company retirement plans. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, he has in-depth knowledge of financial, tax, retirement and estate planning, employee benefits, investment management, and insurance.

“I have been an investor for most of my life. My financial background as a CPA and CFP^® is oriented to concepts that are key to investment success,” Jonathan says.

Before joining Raymond James in February 2020, Jonathan held the position of first vice president of investments at Wells Fargo Advisors, where he worked for 23 years (including predecessor firms). Previously, Jonathan spent 10 years at Deloitte, an international accounting firm. Jonathan earned an MBA from the University of Miami (Florida) and a bachelor’s degree in economics from McDaniel College (formerly Western Maryland College).

“We seek to personalize our relationship with each client. Our advice and counsel is geared toward a focus on their specific needs. I always strive to address their concerns and goals as if they were my own,” says Jonathan. “Our aim is to support our clients in achieving their financial goals so that they are able to enjoy their lives fully.”

Jonathan is originally from Miami Beach, Florida, and now lives in Bethesda, Maryland, with his wife, Alison, and their children, Sarah, Joshua, Caroline and Lauren. In his free time, he enjoys exercising, reading and keeping up with their children. He is also very active in his church. Jonathan is a member of the Board of directors of Harbor Bankshares Corporation.
