Overview:
A Fargo-based financial advisor affiliated with Midwest Wealth is seeking a detail-oriented, organized Administrative Assistant to support daily operations. This behind-the-scenes role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things running smoothly, has strong administrative skills, and is interested in the financial services field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and maintain client records and paperwork
  • Prepare documents for client meetings, including applications and reports
  • Assist with account opening and tracking using custodial and CRM systems
  • Handle scheduling, confirmations, and follow-up communication
  • Support scanning, filing, and digital document management
  • Coordinate mailings and client gifts or event materials
  • Help keep the advisor’s calendar and task list on track
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficient with computers; experience with Microsoft Office preferred
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently
  • Financial services experience a plus, but not required
  • High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred

Client Services Associate

Overview:
Midwest Wealth, an affiliation of independent financial professionals, is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Client Services Associate for our Fargo office. This client-facing administrative role is ideal for someone looking to enter the financial services industry and grow in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome clients in person and by phone with professionalism
  • Direct client inquiries or route them to the appropriate advisor
  • Assist with meeting prep, paperwork, and follow-up communications
  • Maintain client data in CRM and custodial systems
  • Manage mailings and office supply inventory
  • Support daily service tasks across the Midwest Wealth book of business
  • Help manage Midwest Wealth social media
  • Assist with preparation for financial plans and client meetings
  • Assist with follow up from financial plans and client meetings
  • Identify and participate in ways to improve processes and the client experience
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (finance or business a plus)
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable with technology
  • Professional, service-minded attitude
  • Interest in long-term growth in financial services
