Being a client service associate involves assisting financial advisors and includes interactions with clients. I am always happy to help and do so with developed communication skills and company knowledge – with over 12 years of experience at Raymond James. I promote strong collaboration between our team members as a team that works well together can service clients effectively and efficiently. I help service our clients by taking their calls, assisting with their accounts and being proactive, not reactive. With my help, our team will support you as you navigate the present and plan for the future.
Clients and advisors appreciate my exceptional ability to recall. Remembering a plethora of client details creates a more personalized experience as well as a quality resource for advisors. In addition, having to balance multiple tasks, duties, and projects on a daily basis makes having a good memory a beneficial trait.
