Born and raised in Morristown, Don has been an integral part of MWM since 2010, following his graduation from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in economics. Outside of the office, Don can be found playing tennis, competing on the hockey court, or teeing off at Fiddler's Elbow in Bedminster, New Jersey.

Don currently resides in Morristown with his wife, Brittany. He is a proud father to a beautiful 5-year-old girl and treasures the close bond he shares with his mother, Gloria, and his two younger sisters, Alexa and Rachel. Don's father, Don Giovanello Sr., who sadly passed away in May 2018 after battling brain cancer for 16 months, played a significant role in shaping his career. Don acknowledges his father's invaluable support in establishing the family practice and considers him the epitome of a mentor and father.
