Carole enthusiastically manages and coordinates all aspects of the Client Experience, Team Management & Business Operations. She is passionate, committed, caring, organized, professional, and has an amazing attention to detail. She thoroughly enjoys helping clients.

Carole joined Raymond James in 2014. She originally joined her husband in the financial industry as an investment associate at UBS in 2002, which gave her the opportunity to continue helping others and the flexibility to raise a growing family.

Originally from Indianapolis, Indiana, Carole earned her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. She and Patrick live in Louisville and enjoy spending time with their growing family including a brand new son in law! Both her and Patrick also enjoy spending time with the extended family, including Patrick’s adult daughters and three grandchildren and a great grand baby on the way. Active in the community, Carole is involved with the Main Street Association, a non-profit organization that promotes the uniqueness of the neighborhood and the diverse historic, commercial, residential and educational assets of Main Street, Louisville. When not at work, Carole enjoys biking, working out, hiking, and hosting family and friends!
