Verna Brand, Financial Advisor/Branch Manager, through Raymond James, provides comprehensive financial strategies to accommodate the needs of her clients with considerable investment assets and complex situations. Verna joined the securities industry in 2001 and joined Raymond James in 2002.

Verna has a BS in Business Administration from Columbia College. Verna has earned many designations over the years, such as, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, Investment Management Consultant granted through Raymond James Institute of Investment Management Consulting, Wealth Management Specialist, Retirement Income Certified Professional as well as Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor. Verna believes education shows us the importance of hard work and at the same time helps her to grow and develop to better serve her clients.

Verna received the “Woman of Distinction” award presented by Raymond James for her dedication to service and mentorship to other women to help them advance in the securities industry. Verna and her husband, Gary, have lived in St. James for over 30 years. Verna enjoys spending time outside camping, taking UTV rides, and most of all, being with her family.
