Prior to attending college, Devin served in the U.S. Army infantry. After reaching the rank of staff sergeant, he retired from active military duty to pursue his dream of a career in financial services. In 2019, Devin joined Raymond James, a firm that offers the depth and breadth of products and platform capabilities to best serve his clients. In addition to holding Series 7, 63 and 65 securities licenses, Devin is also a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^TM professional.

Devin is an active member of his community and has volunteered for a number of organizations. He’s served as the president of the Rotary Club of Midland and the Business & Estate Council of the Permian Basin. Additionally, Devin is a founding member of Goodwill of West Texas, vice president of the Midland Association for Retarded Citizens and a past chief of Indian Guides & Indian Princesses.

Born and raised in Midland, Texas, Devin proudly resides in his hometown with his wife, Misty. Together, they have three children, Ashley, Jake and Bailey. Devin enjoys golfing, hunting, hiking and traveling.
