In 2001, he joined his father, John V. Picone of Picone Financial Partners after honorably serving in the United States Air Force. Through Raymond James, Picone Financial Partners manage over $150 million in assets. We specialize in retirement planning, income solutions, affluent households, fee-based accounts, and risk management. Our dynamic total wealth management approach is customized to address our clients’ unique financial needs and objectives.

After the Air Force, Richard graduated from Temple University Summa Cum Laude. Richard grew up in Bucks County, PA and now resides in Naples, FL with his wife Heather, son Anthony, and daughter Maria Rose.

When not working, Richard enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also enjoys being outside playing sports or in the garden.
