Background and experience
For over two decades John has helped clients address their financial concerns and develop strategies by focusing on each individual’s specific needs. With extensive experience throughout major shifts in the markets, John has dedicated his career to delivering the personalized investment planning services his clients deserve.
In 1993, John began his career as a Business Analyst with Wachovia Bank in Winston-Salem, NC, where he developed his fundamental understanding of corporate and business banking. He later joined Wachovia Investments in 1998 as an Investment Consultant, a predecessor firm of Wells Fargo Advisors, in Merritt Island, FL. While with Wells Fargo Advisors John attained Premier Advisor status on an annual basis as governed by Wells Fargo’s standard for service, practice, and production excellence. Now with Raymond James, John continues his core values and best practices with great emphasis on integrity, knowledge, results, and stability.
John grew up in Springfield, VA, a suburb of Washington D.C. He is a graduate of Robert E. Lee High School and has a degree of Finance and Management from the Pamplin School of Business at Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech).
Away from the office
John spends his free time with his wife, Jennifer, and their sons, Joseph and Jack. He has an active outdoor lifestyle in Viera, FL, where he has resided for over 21 years.
