With a background in psychology, administration and human resources, Vanesa brings a combination of insight and efficiency to her work. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has over a decade of experience in administrative and human resource roles. She believes her ability to understand people, anticipate needs and manage details makes her an indispensable part of the Quest Wealth team.
Vanesa ensures the office remains both highly functional and welcoming – an environment where clients and team members alike can thrive. Much of her day-to-day work may happen behind the scenes, but the impact of her steady presence is felt throughout every part of the office.
Outside of work, Vanesa and her husband Ernesto live in Mansfield with their three children. She is also the author of the book “Soul Scan”. The Alcantaras are active members of Crossroads Church, where they serve in multiple ministries, continuing their commitment to faith, family, and meaningful service to others.
