Beth Watts Rogers has been working with individuals and businesses for the past 23 years. She started her career in investment services in Chicago with Van Kampen Funds but traffic and weather brought her back to Hickory and her home town. As a graduate of Appalachian State University, she thinks living in the foothills of the mountains is perfect.
Beth adores working with her clients to develop the "big picture". Creating a plan helps guide me in recommendations as well as reminding the client of the big picture. "The most important responsibility I have as a Financial Consultant is to be an educator. I must inform my clients of their choices and continue to help guide them after decisions are made. I love helping others and guiding them to the path to financial freedom."
Beth is the mother of Watts and Ivey, who spend time on the lacrosse fields and at the barn mucking stalls (and riding on occasion!) While these two naturally keep her quite busy, she can still be found in the office Monday-Friday.
Beth is married to Matt Rogers. They enjoy date nights in Asheville, eating at different restaurants or enjoying live music. The whole family enjoys walking, hiking and spending time at Lake James in the summer.
Beth and her family are active at Holy Trinity Lutheran Church in Hickory and she serves in leadership roles for the SALT Block Foundation and Downtown Hickory Farmers Market. For the last three years, she has helped plan, coordinate and implement the Farm to Fork Dinner with Greater Hickory Cooperative Christian Ministry and the Downtown Hickory Farmers Market.
