In 1986 Gary began his career with Merrill Lynch. But in reality, his financial education began years earlier, when as a 10 year old he was taught how to read a stock page by his grandfather. His grandfather was a preacher long before the days of pensions (1920s), so he knew that he had to prepare for his own financial future by investing for future income. It was a lesson that has been a cornerstone for Gary’s career for the last 33+ years.
From financial planning to investment management, Gary’s recommendations are made solely in the interest of providing the highest value and benefit to you. His accumulated knowledge and perspective works to keep you and your financial goals on a steady course.
Gary endeavors to create long term, meaningful relationships and provide personalized financial service using the industry’s most comprehensive resources. He is blessed to have been able to work with many multigenerational families for more than 30 years.
Once you are comfortable with your plan, Gary puts it into action and then monitors its performance for opportunities to adapt to life’s changes and new goals.
In 2014 Gary knew it was necessary to make a move to continue to work in exclusively the client’s best interest (almost all of whom are now friends…not just clients) and sought out Raymond James. The move has been a tremendous success and joy as we have been able to rekindle the excitement of working side by side with our best friends without external pressures from the bank.
Gary has been married to Leesa for 41 years and they have 3 adult children as well as 3 grandchildren. He is very active in the Ocala community having served in leadership roles in multiple charities and civic organizations for many years. Currently Gary is serving in leadership with his local church, as well as leadership positions in the Kiwanis Club of Ocala and the Ocala Civic theatre.
When not working, he and Leesa have travelled in both the US as well as worldwide for the last 25 years, experiencing multiple cultures and opportunities to learn and serve.
Raymond James is not affiliated with the above organizations and/or charitable causes.
