Prior to joining Raymond James in 2020, Steve managed clients’ financial planning and investment strategies for over 15 years with Ameriprise Financial and Edward Jones. The first half of his career was spent in human resource consulting, working with CEOs and executive teams in the areas of employee benefits, 401(k) plans, hiring, compensation and succession planning.
Steve’s business experience encompasses working with business owners and corporate executive teams. One of his specialties is helping business owners integrate their business plans with their personal financial goals. Steve’s experience in the field of qualified plans has led to his active involvement with industry advisory groups. He speaks at 401(k) and human resource industry conferences, discussing best practices in benefits design and how company culture is the new competitive advantage. Steve and his team specialize in wealth management and financial planning for businesses and their employees.
Steve holds his Series 7, 63 and 66 as well as his life, health and variable insurance license. He received his B.S. degree in business from Eastern Illinois University. He also holds the Chartered Retirement Planning CounselorSM (CRPC®) designation.
