Jiahna is dedicated to helping us provide a high level of client service. She is committed to making clients’ lives easier.
She assists clients with check, wire and money movement requests, address changes, and all things related to their accounts, including answering questions and processing account updates. Jiahna also greatly assists our team with many essential administrative duties.
Before joining our team in November 2020, Jiahna was a licensed production manager at CrossCountry Mortgage. She is an active candidate for a bachelor’s degree in integrated strategic communications from Washington State University and is a licensed notary public.
Jiahna is originally from Mountlake Terrace, Washington, and now lives in Everett, Washington, with her husband, Jeremy. When not in the office, Jiahna enjoys traveling, fashion, personal fitness and writing.
