Jordan plays a key role in supporting client service operations at Raymond James by ensuring a high standard of accuracy, responsiveness, and client satisfaction. She delivers timely and meaningful solutions to client inquiries and is committed to providing an exceptional experience with each interaction.

Since joining the team in June 2023, Jordan has assisted in account onboarding, prepared documentation for client meetings, coordinated marketing initiatives, and maintained client data with precision and care.

Jordan brings a strong foundation in customer service from her previous role as a Commercial Account Manager at Advance Auto Parts. She holds a master’s degree in accounting with a concentration in Auditing and a bachelor’s in accounting, both from Western Governors University.

Originally from Greenville, North Carolina, Jordan enjoys painting, fishing, and spending quality time with her husband, Jason, and their two children, Piper and Jaxon, at their beach home.
