Insightful Actions for Pursuing Individualized Objectives

The initial meeting is for us to get to know each other. We want to know your goals. Where are you now? Where do you want to go? How do you anticipate your needs changing over time? This is an opportunity to ask questions openly and honestly. We’ll discuss your previous experience, what you are looking for in an ideal advisor, your hopes for the future, and initial ideas.

What to bring:

  • Financial Statements
  • Income Information
  • Estimate of Annual Spending
  • Insurance Information
  • Approximate Balances on Debts
  • Anything else you would like us to take a look at

If, after the meeting, we mutually decide to move forward with the relationship, we will take your information and goals and move to the next step in the process.

We will take the information gathered in the initial meeting and run a scenario analysis based on your goals, using Raymond James’ proprietary Goal Planning & Monitoring program.* Though not predictive nor perfect, it allows us to see the impact of potential decisions and will allow you to see the impact of our recommendations. It will give us a basis off of which to work as we build a plan and set of recommendations tailored to your situation, needs, and goals.

*The projections or other information generated by Goal Planning & Monitoring regarding the likelihood of various investment outcomes are hypothetical in nature, do not reflect actual investment results and are not guarantees of future results. Goal Planning & Monitoring results may vary with each use and over time.

Steps three and four can be completed all at once or in separate meetings; whatever is most comfortable for you. We will review your Goal Planning & Monitoring analysis report and go over our recommendations with you. Again, this is an opportunity for you to ask questions and voice any specific concerns you have.

Once we have mutually agreed upon a plan, and you are ready to move forward, we will have all of the necessary paperwork ready for you to complete and sign. We will walk you through the paperwork and simplify the process as much as possible. We will get everything submitted for you and keep you informed as we implement the plan.

Financial planning is ongoing, not a one-time event, and we understand that. Even as laws and conditions change, our team looks out for you and keeps you on track. We will keep in regular contact with you and schedule regular reviews to help ensure that your portfolio continues to support your changing needs. Over time, if you need help with your portfolio, employee benefits, or anything else, we are here to support you and provide you with sound advice. Just like your plan, we are here for you long-term.
