Jeff enjoys the challenge and personal satisfaction of helping people make wise financial decisions. He is highly engaged with the dynamics and complexities of our global financial markets. He is a knowledgeable advisor with his clients' best interests at the forefront.

Jeff’s most successful clients are confident and disciplined investors. He provides ongoing educational support and guidance in pursuit of his clients’ goals. To this end, Jeff spends a great deal of time researching new ideas and investment opportunities.

His areas of expertise include wealth accumulation, retirement income, tax planning, and family wealth transfer.

Jeff works closely with each client to develop a customized investment plan designed to reach mutually agreed-upon goals. He reviews all financial aspects of their lives and coordinates his efforts with each client's attorney, accountant and other professional advisors.

Jeff chose to join Raymond James in 2012. He served as producing branch manager through 2024 and is now devoting his time to the Alpine Group and his clients.

Previously, Jeff spent 24 years as a financial advisor, sales manager and branch manager. He began with Prudential-Bache Securities, co- founded Legg Mason’s Rochester office, and was acquired by Smith Barney. He earned a bachelor's degree in marketing with a concentration in finance and a minor in economics from the State University of New York at Oswego.

Jeff is a member of the Adirondack Winter Forty-Sixers, an organization of hikers who have climbed the 46 major peaks of the Adirondack Mountains. He still enjoys winter hiking and climbing with friends and family.

Jeff and Nancy enjoy spending time with their growing family. Lindsey and Ed Marchand, Aaron, Connor and grandchildren Mason and Jessica. In his free time, Jeff enjoys hiking, hunting, fishing and boating.
